    Overview

Hollow Seeker is a simple action game for the Arduboy: go forward in the right direction, and seek a hollow as refuge so as not to be crushed. The cave around you keeps opening and slamming shut, and when it closes you need to be standing in one of the gaps in the rock.

It was the first of OBONO's mini games for the Arduboy, catalogued as OBN-Y01 and released in December 2016.

    Tips

    1. Use the open part of the cycle to run right as far as you can, then make sure you are standing in a hollow before the screen starts shaking.
    2. You cannot step into a column when the gap is too narrow, so as the cave closes your options shrink. Commit to a hollow early instead of trying to reach the next one at the last moment.
    3. Left is allowed, so if the nearest hollow is behind you, walk back to it. Points come only from reaching new columns on the right, so retreating costs nothing but time.
    4. Hollows get rarer as your score climbs, but the cave also opens a little wider with each cycle, giving you more room to travel between them.
    5. Falling dust pours from the ceiling right after the cave starts to open again and tails off as it widens; it is only decoration and cannot hurt you.
