    Overview

Those Walls is Will Hankinson's entry for Ludum Dare 31, made in December 2014 and posted to the SimianLogic page as a last-minute entry.

The whole game sits on one board: you stand in the middle while the walls close in and balloons circle toward you along them. In the game's own words, rotate with A and D or the arrows, use Space to extend your arms, and pop the balloons before they get to you.

    Tips

    1. Your arms only pop balloons at the moment they reach the walls, so fire just as balloons come level with you on the side walls (arms across) or on the top and bottom walls (arms up and down).
    2. Balloons pile up at one a second, so wait for several to line up on the same pass and pop them in one shot.
    3. Extended arms brace one pair of walls; the other pair keeps closing. Turning or firing again pulls your arms in and lets both pairs move for a moment.
    4. Each lap brings a balloon one tile closer to the middle, so the old ones are the dangerous ones; clear them before they reach your row.
